What file types can I upload?
Print-ready PDF is best. The Design Studio also accepts JPG, PNG and SVG. For AI, EPS or PSD files, attach them to a quote request and our prepress team will prepare them for print.
What is bleed, and do I need it?
Bleed is extra artwork that extends past the trim line (1/8" on most products) so there are no white edges after cutting. The Design Studio shows the bleed area and warns you if your artwork does not reach it.
How fast will I get my order?
Standard production is 4 business days. Rush (2 days) and next-day production are available on many products. Shipping time is added after production, and you see the ship date before you check out.
Do you check my file before printing?
Yes. A person on our prepress team reviews every file for bleed, resolution, fonts and color. If something needs fixing, we contact you with a proof before printing.
Can you ship directly to my client?
Yes. Choose blind shipping at checkout and the package ships without our branding.
